Escaping A Kidnapping Attempt From Police Impersonators
I am writing this to document a recent life altering event that transpired in Reno, Nevada. I believe it is vitally important to create this record for my personal safety and as a warning to my fellow Americans.
THE INCIDENT:
On the morning of March 3rd, 2025, I left my condo on foot to go hang a few flyers at the University of Nevada, Reno campus nearby in order to hire a student to help me in my pursuit of starting Jenabel Media. An attempt at independent local media coverage in a dying medium. However, my day quickly went south.
My initial suspicions soon became undeniable on my walk as I noticed I was being followed by multiple vehicles. And to be sure I wasn't just being paranoid, I changed directions multiple times only for these vehicles to persist in their obvious harassment. Effectively like the Paparazzi have been documented to chase a celebrity or Scientologists will terrorize a Suppressive Person in their religion.
Utilizing speeding violations and literal cattle driving tactics over a mile or so, these vehicles successfully corralled me towards an underpass at the intersection of Oddie Blvd. and Highway 395 where one of the cars from this pack was now parked on the shoulder in front of me. And any rationale person, especially with my backstory as an assault victim, would assume was leading me to a legitimate kidnapping attempt by being stuffed into a car. So I took the obvious escape route, which appeared to lead into a neighborhood at the end of a Long triangle easement next to Highway 395.

Only to find out what appeared to be an escape into the neighborhood to my West was actually a narrow dead end, that deceptively had enough clutter to block a pedestrian’s view of it’s vanishing point. An unmarked dead end leading to a choke point where the only escape route was the short concrete barrier on the shoulder of the highway.
I was now effectively trapped into a long triangle resembling a concrete pig chute leading me to a highway and knowing that I faced a legitimate kidnapping attempt by turning around, I waited until there was a solid break in the traffic and chose to sprint across 8 lanes of 395 highway.
My escape was successful and upon exiting to a neighborhood on the east side of the highway, to my amazement one of their vehicles quickly caught up and found me. And AGAIN I was being followed and corralled in a similar manner by these same cars over the course of a mile or so towards a grass embankment that narrowed out to The Nugget Casino and Interstate 80.
I did not have my phone on me that day (which is a long story on its own), so I sat on a tall ledge overlooking the Casino parking lot with Highway 80 now to my back, as a few of the vehicles that were previously chasing me and seared into my memory were now parked in the parking lot below me and waiting for me. I sat there for a while contemplating my next move and waiting for them to hopefully leave so I could go home in peace.
POLICE IMPERSONATORS: ACTIVATE
This all came to an apex when i80 traffic was halted and suspiciously only one Patrol Vehicle came lights blaring right towards my location. My terror only increased when I realized this sole vehicle did not look like NEVADA HIGHWAY PATROL despite having marked decals and stopping traffic to make an apprehension of me.
A gobsmacking realization hit me that a man that greatly resembled serial police impersonator, Jeremy Dewitte, and another “officer” were now within seconds of confronting me, seizing my bag and attempted to apprehend me and shove me into their “Police SUV” all before I could even ask for a badge number. I knew they were not real police, and I refused to be kidnapped by Extra-Judicial goons. I have been arrested by real police more than once and I immediately knew these guys were not legitimate officers.
So I ran down the shoulder to evade them and hopped up onto the ledge right as they were reaching to grab me and I jumped. Assuming they might not give chase or want to deal with the fallout of my fall since they were not real officers. I am not exaggerating when I say I jumped off a highway overpass into a steep dirk embankment to escape a kidnapping by police impersonators.
I luckily was not badly injured and was able to get right up and keep running and amazingly these Highway Patrol proved their suspicions of being impersonators when they immediately CEASED this pursuit. No more police sirens, no additional vehicles called in or searching for me from the "cops" who had just gone so far as to stop traffic on i80 and could see where I ran to from the Highway if they had attempted any pursuit. It was like nothing had ever happened. A clear reaffirmation to me that this was not real police and a terrifying realization.
I ran into an open fence gate next to the i80 train tracks as there was an inviting big blue tarp, and hid underneath it before returning to my condo before dark. A return home that was not easy to say the least.
I fully understand this sounds hard to believe or that I am embellishing the truth, but I promise you I am not. And realize that the crime of police impersonation is actually a well documented recurring problem in America as brazen as it sounds.
And the culprits have often gone under-punished, like serial police Impersonator Jeremy Dewitte, who has been repeat offending for over 20 years. Dressing up in fake outfits and using fake police cruisers in his rouge operations to violate the rights of his victims. Pictured above in his convincing outfit.
But the crimes for which he has most often been arrested - impersonating a police officer - is not a harmless prank. Sometimes, it can be deadly. As a forensic psychologist, I've encountered many disturbing cases of police impersonation, but the story of recently arrested Jeremy Dewitte stands out as a particularly egregious example. Dewitte has been posing as a Florida law enforcement officer for over twenty years. (source)
A “serial” police impersonator is a term that should not exist and he has made a complete mockery of our justice system failing to prevent this guy from repeat offending. Not to mention this Florida man has pretended to be a cop for more than two decades and also been arrested for several other crimes, including “lewd lascivious battery sex” with a minor.

Arrest - Impersonating a Peace Officer, False Imprisonment, Child Abuse/Endangerment
..The 17 year old stopped and was contacted by a male who identified himself as a deputy and demanded that the juvenile call his parents. When the juvenile called Marshall took the phone, identified himself as a deputy again and provided a three digit badge number. He demanded that the mother text him their home address so he could follow the juvenile home. He stated that he would take the juvenile to jail if he didn't go home. The Mother called 911 due to the strange circumstances. Christopher Marshall, DOB 6/29/1980 was arrested on the above charges.
Anton Andreyevich Iagounov, 38, of South Lake Tahoe, was sentenced to two years and three months in prison for four counts of impersonating a federal officer.

No, I don’t have schizophrenia, mental illness or any suicidal thoughts as shown by my will to keep living once nearly being crippled in the overpass jump. I hid out for at least the next 4 hours (I did not have my phone on me) inside that open fence underneath that inviting big blue tarp, and the train stopped at that location a few times. Each time it stopped a few minutes afterwards I would hear what sounded like a series of sounds of suppressed indoor gunfire. I am not sure if that was just machinery or anything nefarious but it was enough to terrify me.
My terror only increased when I emerged from under that tarp and I noticed the fence was actually now closed and I was now trapped, locked inside a tall barbed wire fence, as if a trap that had been set. My adrenaline peaked and I didn't hesitate to further risk my safety by immediately scaling the barbed wire fence, cutting my hands and ripping my pants which thankfully didn't snag me as I landed on top of dumpster with one lucky foot placement and inches to spare. Truly adrenaline fueled and fearing my life, I sprinted out from that en-fenced trap and sure enough, it took only a minute for them to notice me missing and fire up their trucks to catch up to me.
These contracted Proud Boys of Reno, I can only assume, were waiting for me to emerge from under that tarp.
Some of their fans got off their phones and took action: scoping out high-profile targets and even killing people.
Luckily my full sprint and head start allowed me to make it a few blocks west from the train track industrial area to a dog park and enough public eyes and house cameras that I felt safe they wouldn't directly stuff me into a vehicle.
However my safety was not ensured for another hour in my painful walk home as the same cars and a few pedestrians blatantly continued to follow me in an similar explicit manner as that morning all the way back to my condo downtown next to the famous Reno Arch, a 3+ mile walk where I had to change directions about a dozen times and often walked/ran in the middle of the road to avoid the explicit threat of being stuffed into one of their vehicles in some areas that felt like pinch points. Again let me emphasize this is all without exaggeration, Reno is a wild place.
And sure enough the website trafficcamarchive is blocked by the state of Nevada from archiving what happens on traffic cameras, so I am unsure and afraid of how to proceed beyond filing a FOIA request and telling the public as best I can without sounding like a crazy person or an attention seeker. Which trust me I am not, I have far more to lose than gain by posting this.

The iconic photo above of the Nazi Youth tiki torch march at Charlottesville, Virginia during the Unite the Right Rally in 2017, pictures the angry face of Peter Cvjetanovic, who at the time was a student-employee at the University of Nevada, Reno. Believe it or not, this photo was not enough to get him fired from his job at the University in Reno, nor did it warrant explosion from the school. A telling sign of the White Nationalist undercurrents in Northern Nevada where I reside.
If this sounds crazy, it should and it is. All effectively by design to make me feel like I’m going crazy, inwardly and outwardly to observers and anyone I try to explain it to.
I have since remained “trapped” in my condominium, concerned for my safety upon attempting to leave knowing that the second I do the very Condo building is enabling my tracking as evidenced and provided to my legal counsel. The only reason I haven’t requested an issuance of “Preservation of Evidence” against the management is I fear for my safety and any further escalation until I am out of Nevada.
Curiously, social media discussion posted on Reddit was the only thing I found discussing this incident, no police blotter or any reports. The Reddit posters were mocking what looked like a mental health crisis to the dozens of witnesses in cars, many with Dashcams who witnessed my event while driving on March 3rd.
And as evidenced by the recent investigations into such Terror Networks as the TERRORGRAM Collective with members Federally charged recently operating outside Sacramento, CA only 2 hours from my residence, conducting genuine domestic terrorism enhanced by the digital age of online extremism.
Operating brazenly with ‘accelerationist’ tactics and coordinated contracted hits, including killings of high value targets is becoming not just common place, but a virtual market digitally enabled by encrypted phone messaging apps like Telegram. Where these Terror Networks can have near endless recruits of disaffected youth to spread out compartmentalized guilt. Harassing victims and terrorizing their life is now shockingly easy, like a deadly game of Pokemon GO with real high value monetary prizes.
Not to mention in the last few years I have had some bad things happen to me to warrant my paranoia, just to highlight two events I was knocked unconscious in a Bar Assault in South Park, Colorado and had a gun pulled on me by a drunken lunatic in Buena Vista, Colorado over what he claimed was me “taking his camping spot.”
I am lucky to have only received many broken ribs, a concussion and some PTSD from both of these events.
But it is also fair to say I am a high value target for kidnapping not just because I have a large amount of assets. But more importantly, because after mostly being a-political for my life, I began dissenting against the political corruption and sourcing of my families wealth in a public manner than hasn’t been done since Dan Rather on 60 Minutes showcased it to America and subsequently drew the ire of my family any time mentioned growing up.
To give you an idea, my Grandfather donated enough to the University of Notre Dame to get his last name on a building. My grandfather was elected State Representative of Sweetwater County in 1968 and my Great Uncle Don Anselmi, was Chairman of the Democratic Party of Wyoming throughout the 1970’s. Both residing in Rock Springs, Wyoming one of the most corrupt towns in America during this era, which is saying a lot. The organized crime allegations in this wild west boom-town included gun running, large scale prostitution and open air drug markets on main street.
This culminated in my Great Uncle Don Anselmi suing the Denver Post for Defamation over simply asking questions about a Grand Jury’s allegations of gun running into Rock Springs, Wyoming. The next person to be silenced for attempting to address corruption was the murder of police informant Michael Rosa by Ed Cantrell.
Cantrell was a friend of my Great Uncle Don, who was hiding in Bermuda at the time, and ended up being acquitted of Murder Charges. A shocking breach of justice in a trail where famed lawyer Gerry Spence won the innocence of Ed Cantrell in what was deemed an "impossible case" [source]

Pictured above Dan Rather overlooking the town in the nationally televised two part CBS 60 Minutes broadcast showcasing the corruption of Rock Springs. And as evidenced in court in 1979, when a Federal grand jury based in Los Angeles concluded that the town had become a rest and‐recreation center for criminals.
So it’s fair to say I’m worthy of being a kidnapping target so they can shut me up before releasing me back into the wild, after my cattle prod session and re-education seminar. As evidenced with this recent indictment of upper class lawyer Ryan Hemphill, extra judicial kidnappings and control over the populace is an alarming issue and the tactics of coercion and silencing of the victims speaks to the unknown depth of the severity.
HEMPHILL allegedly tortured his victims with electricity, using a cattle prod meant for livestock and a shock collar that he forced some women to wear around their necks, including while he raped them. He also allegedly tortured them psychologically by threatening them with guns and knives, urinating on them, and verbally humiliating and demeaning them. HEMPHILL convinced some of the women to confide in him about the details of their past sexual traumas, and then deliberately reenacted those acts. HEMPHILL allegedly recorded himself abusing the women on extensive cameras within his apartment.
So I’m not surprised Luigi Mangione only went after the universally despised corrupt Health Care system in America and not the Bourgeoisie family of his that has entrenched itself into the means of production in this country. And ironically into the Network of power that is actively preventing this personal account of a similar child of wealth, upbringing and influence, from being spread to the public.
I nearly died multiple times on March 3rd because of these absolute human scum and legal conductors of coerced suicides that I believe can be the possible cause of many of the mysterious deaths recently among many influential Americans, be it in their upbringing and family connections of their work influence as a public figure. Or, like the egregious and suspicious vehicular manslaughter of Federal Judge Larry Hicks at a crosswalk here in Reno last year.
Driver who killed Judge Larry Hicks pleads guilty, sentenced to 30 days in jailThe driver who hit and killed U.S. District Judge Larry Hicks in downtown Reno last year pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter on Monday and was immediately sentenced to the Washoe County jail for 30 days.
Christopher McDougal, 34, was originally charged with vehicular manslaughter and reckless driving, and one civil infraction for failing to yield and exercise due care to a person in a crosswalk. The reckless driving charge and civil infraction were dropped if McDougal would plead guilty to vehicular manslaughter.
So to clarify, this guilty man:
A. Failed to yield to a pedestrian at the crosswalk, resulting in the death of a Federal Judge.
B. Had a modified lifted truck just under the legal limit which makes killing a pedestrian much easier.
C. Had multiple prior infractions on his driving record to begin with.
Give me a break, do better Nevada Justice System. I'm angry for Judge Hicks and his family that 30 days is all this guy gets for an egregious vehicular manslaughter. And in my impartial opinion wouldn't be surprised if it was a hit on a Federal Judge considering the crazy threats judges around the country have been facing in 2025.
I am slowly realizing the level in which I was forced into the situation of nearly being killed in what would seem like a suicide to outside observers. I am writing this so I get to control the narrative over what has transpired in my life, before like my cousin who died by falling off a balcony last year, only has a narrative set by my family that she was not mentally well and had relapsed on drugs and alcohol. I wish I could have gotten to get her side of the story before I was told to ignore her facebook messages.
Was my cousin Kathleen’s (pictured above) deadly balcony fall actually a Suicide or was her fall influenced by someone? Was she coerced by this harassment network that caused the most bizarre manipulative “Power of Positive Coercion” that nearly killed me? With real life tracking and harassment , utilizing blended in civilian “Brownshirts” all throughout a city like Reno to corral me like a cattle into the direction of the i80 traffic slaughterhouse knowing they had surrounded me with cars and I’d rather risk death than get stuffed into one of their vehicles that was the only alternative to running across the highway to escape.
I think this can potentially explain the phenomenon of mysterious drowning deaths in cities like Nashville, Austin, Portland that have been in the news in the last few years. This outlier trend of accidental deaths and mainly among upper class white males as the victims has even been a theme here in Reno with recent deaths in the Truckee River.
I wonder if these people were also being chased and corralled into the river just as I was twice towards a highway. Did they think they could escape the people chasing them by jumping in the river and swimming downstream? That certainly would be a logical escape route if you were fearing your life and didn’t know the dangers of cold water or lakes and rivers, especially at night time.
JESSICA ABER (1981- March 22, 2025)
I believe this same overlapping confluence of Terror Networks was contracted to kill US Attorney Jessica Aber, who passed away at the young age of 43. She was speaking truth to powerful people in Russia and here in America and their corrupt entanglement of espionage.
Aber was "at the helm of high-profile investigations into intelligence leaks, allegations of war crimes against Russian-linked individuals and people suspected of providing sensitive U.S. technology to Moscow before she stepped down at the start of the year."
Take the headlines from many popular outlets who have completely insulted the service and work of US Attorney Aber, whose death narrative is now controlled and being spun in an inaccurate way to divert attention from why she likely died. Most of the headlines quite literally jump to that conclusion in the headline, knowing many readers stop there when informing themselves on a story.
"Aber was dealing with a 'longstanding medical issue,' multiple outlets including Fox News and CBS News reported, citing a friend of the family. Police believe the medical issue contributed to her death."
I'm sorry, who was this friend of the family, and what is this longstanding medical issue that she was privy to knowing about and telling the world about instead of her very important work that was going against a government that regularly kills dissenters and political opposition, as Alexei Navalny's death and countless others exemplifies?
Giving benefit of the doubt and not making the parties she was attempting to bring justice against prime suspects is a complete disservice to her work as an American civil servant to preserve America and its ideals. The absolute insult of headlines claiming her longstanding "Medical Issues" before any mention of the substance and severity of her prosecutorial work against Russian crimes in America.
UPDATED- Cause of Death: Epilepsy. Well color me surprised her death is now updated to be blamed on Epilepsy a condition that is still unknown even how it can cause death and the perfect plausibly deniability when you don’t have a balcony or a suicidal person or old age to obfuscate it with.
4/25/25: Virginia Giuffre, who accused Prince Andrew and Jeffrey Epstein of sexual abuse, has died by suicide aged 41, her family has said. Giuffre was one of the most outspoken accusers of convicted sex offenders Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, his former girlfriend. She alleged they trafficked her to the Duke of York when she was 17, which Prince Andrew has strenuously denied. Relatives said in a statement ."She lost her life to suicide, after being a lifelong victim of sexual abuse and sex trafficking,"
“Three weeks ago, Ms Giuffre posted on Instagram to say she had been seriously injured in a car accident, which her family later said she had not intended to make public. Local police later disputed the severity of the crash.” A statement continued: "The death is being investigated by Major Crime detectives; early indication is the death is not suspicious."
"Posted to Instagram overnight, the sex abuse survivor said she had suffered kidney failure from the crash and begged to see her children 'one last time' before she dies.
'I've gone into kidney renal failure, they've given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology,' she captioned the photograph."
Holy Shit, I hope the reasoning for my NOT SUICIDAL addition is clear now and because of the callousness to report Suicide as the cause of death when she was just in the hospital after being hit by a bus and given a diagnosis of RENAL FAILURE and days left to live. She apparently survived for a for a few more weeks until she passed away from her injuries and kidney failure. So how is it allowed to be printed that Suicide was the cause of death?
If you care about victims of sex trafficking and abuse, please believe her own words posted to her Twitter account and not what is in the callous headlines calling it Suicide without giving her own side of the story.
